Have you always wanted to try aerial but never knew where to start? This is your chance.

Our Adult Aerial Workshop is designed specifically for beginners — no experience needed. You’ll get to explore aerial silks, hoop (lyra), and possibly trapeze in a supportive, no-pressure environment where it’s completely okay to laugh, wobble, and try something new.

Aerial builds strength, flexibility, and confidence in ways that feel empowering instead of intimidating. You don’t need to “be in shape” first — you come as you are, and we’ll meet you there.

Whether you’re looking for a new fitness routine, a creative outlet, or just something fun and different, this is your opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and into the air.
