Our Adult Aerial Trial Class is designed specifically for beginners — no experience needed. You’ll get to explore aerial silks, hoop (lyra), and possibly trapeze in a supportive, no-pressure environment where it’s completely okay to laugh, wobble, and try something new.

Aerial builds strength, flexibility, and confidence in ways that feel empowering instead of intimidating. You don’t need to “be in shape” first — you come as you are, and we’ll meet you there.
