Format: Mat-based Pilates, with optional props (mini ball, resistance band, Pilates ring)
Level: All levels, geared toward athletic and aerial participants
Description: This dynamic workshop explores the core as a full-body stabilizer, targeting the front, sides, back, and deep abdominal muscles, including the pelvic floor and diaphragm. Participants will learn to engage their core for strength, control, and endurance, while enhancing coordination, spinal mobility, and functional strength — all of which directly support aerial performance.
